Principles of Coa Rown

Synopsis: Set on a strange world … or is it? A few things may resonate with Earthlings. Needs a revision. Plan to release as a novelette / novella.

Extract:

The first principle: Produce profit for Coa Rown.

Aswan tended his field, a lucrative subsidiary to Coa Rown’s helium-3 and water mining operations, if their wheedling neighbor would quit using Aswan’s acreage as a road. “Good for nothing worms.”

He worked faster, which would lead to greater wealth for Coa Rown if he could keep the wheedling worms out of his fula. Dig a hole, drop in a fula pod. Cover. Dig a hole, drop in a grow disc. Cover. Repeat. Repeat. He would talk to his brother-in-law about a fence then worried over the added expense. It would hurt his harvest’s bottom line.
